ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
- Α cooperation has began with 9 Municipalities from 3 Regional Units.
- Installation of 120 nest boxes for Tyto in the Thessalian agricultural ecosystem.
- Reinforcing the reproduction of Tyto alba for 4 consequent years in 100 villages of the Thessalian plain.
- More than 500 Tyto nestlings have grown up in the nest boxes we have provided.
- At least 2,000,000 harmful rodents have been removed from the agricultural countryside through natural predation by the Barn owls that reproduces in the artificial nest-boxes we have installed.
- We begin cooperation and training with two agricultural cooperatives.
